Below is an example email template to introduce Easy Board to your board and committees. Feel welcome to modify and use however you see fit.

Hi everyone,

We recently signed up for a new board software called Easy Board. This platform will help us streamline our meetings and give everyone easier access to important board information.

Please look out for an email from me inviting you to join the platform. Once you receive it, you can redeem your invitation by clicking the link in the email, creating a unique password, and saving your board profile.
