Sync Meetings to Your Personal Calendar App

Want to add your board and committee meeting calendar to your calendar app such as Outlook 365 or Google Calendar? This article explains how.

Please note:

  • This process adds a separate calendar to one’s calendar app; it cannot update or modify your default calendar, however most calendar apps allow you to overlay the new calendar together with your default calendar so you can see everything in one view.

  • Users only need to follow this process once per board. You won’t need to re-add unless you reset your calendar link.

  • The calendar feed is unique per board. Users with access to multiple Easy Boards will need to follow this process for each board.

  • All meetings scheduled up to 12 months out and those dated within the past 3 months appear on your Easy Board calendar feed. Meetings scheduled outside the 12-month window will appear automatically after the event falls within the 12 month window

  • Calendar apps can take some time to update/propagate, so updates won’t be instantaneous. Google calendar can take up to 24 hours. Microsoft calendars update more frequently, but still may take a few hours.
